Summer Shipping

We only use coconut apricot wax which has an  incredibly soft  compared to soy wax and has a very low melting point (100-107F), so  shipping is extremely challenging, especially in warmer months. 

To prevent heat damage to our candles during shipping, we check the weather at the destination address for each order during the summer months.  

During the hot months, we will ONLY SHIP Monday - Wednesday.  

When  your order is ready, we will send you a tracking number and the day we plan on sending your package out.  

You might be wondering if all of that is really necessary?  Well, if you live somewhere temperatures can exceed 90°F. If we ship your candles on a Friday then your candles might be stuck in the back of a truck for the weekend. In the sun, truck trailers can get up to 30°F warmer than the outside temperatures. 

For an additional $3.00 you can get  "summer shipping packaging".

When you choose this additional form of  shipping we will:

• Insulate the box with Cool Shield Bubble Rolls
• Cold Gel Packs

When we email you the tracking number and the day we plan on shipping your package it is important to check your Package Tracking and Delivery Notification often.

No matter what precautions we take, if you leave the package lay outside in the sun all day after it has been delivered you might still end up with a damaged melted candle.  To avoid this please be aware of tracking and delivery notifications through the USPS/UPS website.
